What Visa Crafter is
Visa Crafter provides guided templates, tools, and educational content to help you prepare your own E-2 treaty investor visa application. We are not a law firm, and using our products does not create an attorney-client relationship.
Not legal advice
Our templates and guidance are based on the founder's personal experience filing two E-2 applications and general publicly available USCIS guidance. They are not a substitute for independent legal advice from a licensed attorney, and we do not guarantee any visa approval outcome.
Digital products
Templates and tools are delivered digitally upon successful payment. Because these are digital goods delivered instantly, all sales are final except where required otherwise by law.
Subscriptions
Coaching subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until canceled. You can cancel at any time from your account or by contacting us, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Acceptable use
You agree to use our templates and tools for your own application only, and not to resell or redistribute them.
Limitation of liability
Visa Crafter and its founder are not liable for any visa application outcome, delay, or denial. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit to USCIS or any consulate.
