Why we don't offer a money-back-if-denied guarantee
Some services promise a refund if your visa is denied. We won't — no one can honestly make that promise. Your case's outcome depends on your own facts, your interview, and the judgment of a U.S. consular officer or USCIS adjudicator, none of which we control. What we do control is the quality of what we hand you, and that's exactly what we guarantee.
How to use it
If anything doesn't hold up, reply to your delivery email or contact us within 30 days of receiving your documents and tell us what's off. We'll fix it.

This guarantee depends on the information and documents you give us being complete and accurate — we can only build from what you provide. It does not cover, and we cannot offer, any guarantee tied to a visa approval, denial, or any government decision.
